How do I return an item?
You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us for any reason whatsoever until 7 working days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you. Please send the goods with a copy of your invoice and a short note explaining why you wish to return the product.
Distance selling regulations allow us to request that consumers return any unwanted goods at their own cost. If they do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. Goods returned that are not faulty but simply deemed unsuitable or incorrect must be new, unused and in the original packaging to warrant a refund.
Schools who have ordered an inspection copy must retrun the product at their own expense.

To return faulty items still within the 90 day warranty, please contact us and we will immediately send you a replacement with a pre-paid envelope to return the damaged product.
