| How do I download the Nessy Tales books? |

From the main Nessy Tales product screen, select the number of units required and click "Add To Cart". On the next page, once you have reviewed the quantity and price and quantity ordered, you can opt to either proceed directly to checkout or to log in as a returning customer before proceeding. On the following "Billing Information" page, returning customers may select their stored billing and shipping details from the drop-down menus at the top of the page. New customers should enter this information here, being sure to complete each mandatory field marked with a red asterisk. Then select either "Credit / Debit Card" or "PayPal" as your payment method. If paying with a Credit or Debit card, please then complete the six fields below and then click on the orange "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page. |
| How do I install the Nessy Tales books? (MAC) |

The download is a compressed file that will need to be expanded using a program such as Stuff It. Once downloaded and saved to your desktop, double-click it to open the compressed folder and see an icon of the installer program.
You can double-click the new icon to open the installer screen. Once open, drag the Nessy Tales icon into the Applications folder and then close the window. The Nessy Tales program will now be in your Applications folder.
Please note that a quick launch icon is not automatically added to the dock, as many Mac users find this intrusive, preferring to choose themselves which program icons are featured on the dock.
After installation, open the Mac HD and Applications folder. Scroll down until you find the Nessy Tales folder. Inside this folder you will see an icon of a green Nessy behind an open red book. This will launch the Nessy Tales application. This icon may also be dragged to the dock as a quick launch option. |

The download is a compressed file that will need to be extracted/unzipped. Once downloaded and saved to your desktop, double-click it to open the zipped folder and see an icon of the installer program.
You can extract the files or just double-click the installer icon in the new window, and follow the on-screen instructions to install. If you extract the files then you will need to navigate to where you chose to save the extracted file and double-click the installer program. |
| I have lost my download. What can I do? |

While each purchase code entitles you to a single download of Nessy Tales, you are permitted to make a back-up copy for personal use, and we highly recommend that you do so. Please note that an active link to your download will be provided for a limited time after your initial purchase by logging in to your nessy.com customer account and reviewing your orders. In the event that your download is lost through computer failure, data loss, or other unforeseen circumstances, and your backup copy is also unavailable, Net Educational Systems regrets that we cannot make a subsequent download available free of charge. |

Each purchase code entitles you to a single download of Nessy Tales. In the event that your download was terminated unexpectedly (loss of connection etc.) an active link to your download will be provided for a limited time by logging in to your nessy.com customer account and reviewing your orders. |
